Common questions

How do I make a good level?

Platforms land on the edges of real things, so photos with tables, shelves, benches, stairs, or railings work best. Hold the phone upright for a level that climbs, or sideways for a level that runs. Don't like what you got? Tap Remix for a new version of the same photo.

Snap Dash can't use my camera

Open the iPhone Settings app, scroll down and tap Snap Dash, then turn on Camera. Snap Dash only uses the camera when you tap “Snap a level.”

Do I need an account?

No. There are no accounts. Everything is saved on your phone.

Does Snap Dash save my photos?

Only inside the game, as part of the level you made, so you can replay it from My levels. It doesn't upload them, doesn't save them to your photo library, and doesn't look through your photo library.

How do I delete a level?

Go to My levels and tap the delete button next to the level. The photo and the level's best time are deleted with it.

How do I start over?

Open Settings (the gear icon) and choose Reset all progress. This deletes your coins, unlocks, outfits, best times, and saved levels from your phone, and can't be undone.

Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?

Yes. Your progress lives only on your phone, so deleting Snap Dash deletes it too. Updating the app keeps it.
